In
Praise of Felicity
A
great international honor was bestowed in 1998 upon the Town of
Felicity by Ambassador Jean-Marie
Daillet of France – La Medaille des Affaires Etrangeres, the medal
of the State Department of France.
The
Board of Supervisors of Imperial County has frequently singled
the town for recognition. National and international publicity
has included articles in National Geographic, Town & Country,
The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, and scores
of publications.
In
addition to TV reports in 100 countries over the years, the town
was filmed recently by the Discovery Channel.
Information
about the Mayor of Felicity is found in Who's Who in America.
